Usage Aalytics Report - user visits and page requests count always zero - SharePoint on-premise

2023-10-04T06:03:59.82+00:00

Analytics related data is not getting displayed in the report and displayed count as 0s in every report.

We enabled the event receivers and attached the respective receivers by running the powershell command in sharepoint server by referring the below link.

But still we didn't get any site hits count in the native. Please refer the attached screenshot below.

Why we didn't get any count in usage analytics report? Is there any options need to enable in sharepoint on-premise? Thanks in advance.

    Hi @unknown_25,

Thank you for posting in this community.

Since we can't reproduce your situation, we need to narrow down the problem and try some things. So, please kindly provide more information below to let us work further.

1.Site admins, owners, members, and visitors can view site usage data. please make sure you have the permissions to view site usage data.

2.Please click the settings gear and then click Site usage. Please make sure that your Usage Analytics Report is able to get the data.

3.Are other users with same permissions facing the same problem? View through another computer or account.

4.Check if the same issue occurs with other SharePoint site collections.

5.Try to use a different browser or your browser's InPrivate mode to see if the same error occurs.

If the problem persists, I would like to check with you what you are using to implement this SharePoint sharing page? Does it include SPFx?

Thank you for your time and efforts in advance.
