Folder Redirection for user profile is going to apply, and it works by GPO, but

I have no idea on resilience of the storage, I plan to buy 2 SAN stroage, and want encryption EFS if possible

I checked DFS, Failover clustering, SOFS+CSV and S2D, seems no one can fit,

DFS not for openning file, failover cluster is A-P and shared storage, SOFS is AA but for VM SQL EX, and S2D need SSD+HD and 4 nodes also without SAN.

i am not much realilze every above tech, just read from article, would any one can have idea, thanks

    Hey,

You can use StarWind VSAN for shared storage in Failover Cluster. It can replicate storage of 2 nodes to create shared storage for Failover Cluster, which you can use to build HA file share.
