azure cognitive search create index failed to fetch error

azure cognitive search 에서 index 생성을 하는 도중 아래와 같이 failed to fetch error가 지속적으로 발생합니다. 원인을 알 수가 없습니다.

현재 azure 환경은 private 환경을 사용중입니다.

English- azure cognitive search While creating an index, a failed to fetch error occurs continuously as shown below. The cause is unknown.

 Currently, the Azure environment is using a private environment.

    @김종혁(Jonghyeok Kim) 매니저 클루커스 Apologies for late response here! If I have understood right when you are Indexing data from Azure Blob Storage and there is failed to fetch error. If so,

    Could you please confirm if below prerequisite is taken care-

    • Access tiers for Blob Storage: Hot, Cool, and Archive. Only Hot and Cool can be accessed by search indexers.
    • For text content and metadata in blobs, consider AI enrichment for binary content or unstructured text. Blob content must stay within indexer limits.
    • Ensure a supported network config and data access. Minimum requirement: read permissions in Azure Storage.
    • Use a storage connection string with an access key for read access. If using Azure AD logins, grant the search service's managed identity Storage Blob Data Reader permissions.
    • By default, both search and storage accept requests from public IP addresses. You can index blob data using the connection string and read permissions. For network security, refer to "Indexer access to content protected by Azure network security features."
