     Hello,

If this issue is only occurred to windows11, you may consider following these steps to perform some basic checks:

    • Verify that Network Discovery is turned on.
    • Temporarily disable any firewall or security software to check if it's blocking the printer connection.
    • Access the built-in printer troubleshooter through "Settings" > "Devices" > "Printers & Scanners" and run it to diagnose and fix printer issues.
    • Ensure that the user account you're using has appropriate permissions to access the shared printer. You may need to adjust sharing settings in the printer properties.
    •  Verify that you have the correct and up-to-date printer drivers installed on your computer. You can download drivers from the printer manufacturer's website.

    Regards,

    Karlie
