Apps for Teams Meeting

Question

I develop apps to be added to Teams meeting. The app will provide resource that the attendee able to search the product and arrange the follow up meeting with product expert through the app and share the meeting detail .

How can the app call an APIs to the back-end app based on attendee user account? How can we authentication token to call the app through API?
