A response to requests v1.0, getSharePointSiteUsageDetail(*) contains CSV report with headers:

Report Refresh Date,Site Id,Site URL,Owner Display Name,Is Deleted,Last Activity Date,File Count,Active File Count,Page View Count,Visited Page Count,Storage Used (Byte),Storage Allocated (Byte),Root Web Template,Owner Principal Name,Report Period

The column Site URL has empty value in all rows.

The report taken the last week was OK.

What is the reason of the missing values?

Has the API response changed?

Is there any specific permission needed to get complete report?

(*) examples: getSharePointSiteUsageDetail(period='D7'), getSharePointSiteUsageDetail(period='D30')

It's a known issue and Microsoft is working on resolving it.

Admins may see incomplete usage reports for SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business SP676147, Last updated: September 29, 2023 at 11:04 PM GMT+3 Estimated start time: September 21, 2023 at 6:16 AM GMT+3

Title: Admins may see incomplete usage reports for SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business

User impact: Admins may see incomplete usage reports for SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.

More info: SharePoint and OneDrive URLs may not be displayed in some usage reports. The following report types may be impacted:

    • SharePoint site usage reports
    • OneDrive for Business site usage reports
    • Data Access Governance reports

As a workaround, admins with appropriate access can use the SharePoint REST API or Microsoft Graph API to retrieve information about site IDs referenced in the affected reports.
