Major issues with Work folders failing to sync

I use workfolder to sync users network folders (documents etc) to laptops that are used off site (Folders redirected to server on PCs).

I have one user that will NOT sync, another user on SAME laptop syncs no problem and other users are not having problems so underlying system seems OK, Server 2016, This laptop is W11 brand new install with latest updates..

So what happens - enable workfolders (either manually or thorugh GPO) - sync starts then at some random point will stop with 'sync cancelled by user' in logs, no other errors.

restart service - doesn't do anything (no log messages to say restarted, noting)

Reboot computer - sync process will carry on for a random time and then crash out again.

Typically it will generate several thousand ebdXXXX.log files in metadata directory.

This user is a bit extreme - has over 40,000 files / 150GB in documents folder,

I don't know if I am hitting a limit in workfolders or something in the directory structure is causing it to fail. I can't go around randomly moving/deleting the duser document files!

Any suggestions ?

Any way of raising this as a possible bug?
