    Hi,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

To clarify this issue, we appreciate your help to check the following:

A,Is the compliance policies workload in Intune or configuration Manager. Please refer to the following link's path to check the setting:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/comanage/how-to-switch-workloads#switch-workloads

B,Does the issue only appear on one Windows 10 device? Or other Windows 10 devices also have the same issue?

1,,We can try to disable the deployment of your compliance policy then re-deploy it to have a try. In SCCM, we can disable it from:

Assets and Compliance -> Compliance Settings -> Compliance Policies

2,We can also check the locationservice.log, policyagent.log and CIAgent.log on the client to see if it can locate its MP and get the policies.

For your reference: Update Compliance on Co-Managed Devices

Thanks for your time. Have a nice day!

    Best regards,

    Simon
