Old backup lost

Question

I had to format my cell phone and computer a month ago, losing access to my 2FA account. After replacing the security access, I logged into the application to access 2FA and found that nothing was synchronized, so I contacted support, which was of no help. Is it possible to recover the old backup? The old backup was replaced by a new one, which I did not create and was not even warned about.
