clickonce does not start

Question

I have a question regarding clickonce. When I try to start clickonce, the following error appears and I am unable to start it. Error message excerpt

I have tried the following, but I am not able to restore it completely.

① Delete data in C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Apps\folder

⇒No effect

② Select Edge > Settings > Default browser > Internet Explorer mode Add link to page

⇒ Some content now works normally, but the error message for the remaining content remains the same.

③ Perform the same operation on another PC

⇒It works fine on other PCs, so the problem is caused by that PC. onceclick is not self-made, but cannot be changed because it is part of the company's system.

Originally it was working without any problems, so it is assumed that the problem was caused by the registry information being changed due to the installation of some app or a change in the status. Please let me know how to analyze and deal with this issue.
