We could not find "Apps and Games" on Partner Portal Apps

We could not find "Apps and Games" on Partner Portal Apps

Our company is a partner of MS since 2018 and sells Add-in Apps via office store.

We plan to create and publish our Desktop application(MSIX build) on partner portal.
However, We could not access and see the menu, Apps and games, on partner portal dashboard.

Please, advice us to get access the Apps and games.

If you have an existing Microsoft account that you used to sign in to Seller Dashboard, that account will continue to work in Partner Center.

Please confirm your account. For more information, please refer to this document Open a developer account in Partner Center.

Could you tell me more about Microsoft Account?

We have a account for logging to Partner portal with my email address.
(work account not a personal account)

We use the work account(xxxx.com) to log in to partner portal and publish office-add-in.

However, we could not add windows desktop application as follows.

For your scenario, please open a free support ticket here: Contact Us. Go to Contact us tab, find Non-Technical Support - Dashboard and choose SUBMIT AN INCIDENT. You could talk to the store team directly and confirm this behavior. The store team could check the status of your account in the back end.
