@Sahana Mukherjee - Welcome to Microsoft Q&A and thanks for reaching out to us.
I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble accessing your Azure invoice**.**
There could be several reasons why you are unable to see the invoice. Please check the below and see if it helps.
- Azure bills you a few days after the end of your billing period. So, an invoice might not have been generated yet. If it's less than 30 days from the day you subscribed to Azure, you might not see an invoice yet.
- Ensure that you have the necessary permission to view your invoice. If you have an MCA or MPA billing account, you must have an Owner, Contributor, Reader, or Invoice manager role on a billing profile or an Owner, Contributor, or Reader role on the billing account to view invoices. For other billing accounts, you might not see the invoices if you aren't the Account Administrator.
- Check your account type: If you have a billing account for Microsoft Online Services Program (MOSP) and you signed up for an Azure Free Account or a subscription with a monthly credit amount, you only get an invoice when you exceed the monthly credit amount.
- Check your email: Sometimes, you may receive an email asking you to view your invoice on the portal. If you select the link and see an error message -
We can't display your invoices. Please try again
, verify that you're signed in with the email address that has permissions to view the invoices.
Hope this helps. and please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.
