GPT-4 Models Not Appearing in Model List or As Deployments

Hello, have successfully onboarded the Azure OpenAI Service and followed the steps outlined here (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/ai-services/openai/how-to/create-resource?pivots=web-portal) to create a Resource.

Have an active Resource in East US.

All the documentation and correspondence indicate that the GPT-4 Models should be available to my created resource. (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/ai-services/openai/concepts/models#model-summary-table-and-region-availability)

I can create a Deployment with GPT-3 base models but NOT with GPT-4... those models are not displaying in the list, nor are they displaying in the "models" section of Azure OpenAI Studio.
I've refreshed the list, logged out, and logged back in, but the list does not update.

Please advise. Thank you.

    @BG-Muse

    As mentioned in the documentation, there are limited availability of GPT-4 models in East US and France Central region and this could be preventing you from deploy a new GPT-4 model in East US.

    I suggest you to please use your other GPT-4 model which is available for you at France Central. You may need to check the above documentation or check back the model availability later in East US region.

    Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.

    Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks

    Saurabh
