Getting error while downloading the file attachment in ASP.NET application

I am developing asp.net application.
I am facing some issue in this application after migrating to https://
The problem is,"i am not able to download the attached document".
I tried to reproduce the error as below
Error : Uncaught Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerServerErrorException: Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerServerErrorException: Execution Timeout Expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.
what could be the exact problem..the same was working in the past..
pls. help us to resolve this issue..this is very urgent and we couldn't proceed anything due to this error (document not downloading)

Also, the first screenshot shows an Unexpected token error. Perhaps fixing this error will fix the file download.
The PageRequestManagerServerErrorException is usually associated with an UpdatePanel callback. Can you explain how the code works or provide an example?
Try using the browser dev tools and the Visual Studio debugger to debug the code.
