Unable to access score report

Question

I took the AZ900 and failed it. My training provider has asked for me to forward the score report of the exam but I have followed the instructions to obtain it but I have no option to view a score card no link.jpg

Hi Andy,

Please use link below to navigate to your Pearson VUE dashboard. You will need to be signed in as the same account you use for your certification exams. There will be a delay while it redirects you, then when you reach Pearson VUE dashboard click on View score reports link in upper right corner.

Once you are on the View score reports screen, click the View button next to the exam and it will download pdf file with your score report.
