CMPivot issue

Hello,

I tried to use CMPivot but it shows all machines offline, what does it mean as they are servers ON 24/7?

I checked the status it is offline 7:54 am when it was online 7:48 what is causing this blipping? these are servers on 24/7 !!!

    Look at a client's ccmnotification.log, and/or on the server, bgbserver.log for error messages.

    in bgbserver.log, you can filter for the phrase 'total online clients' to see how many clients are reporting up.

    Once you see what the client or server is reporting / erroring on, then you can start to t-shoot.
