Hello, anyone with any solutions to the problem below? Excel file made available in the Excel Web Access webpart in SharePoint 2016 has stopped working. The page just scrolls blank, or says "Sorry, something went wrong."

Thanks

Hi @Flórida da Graça Botelho Araújo,

Thank you for posting in this community.

Since we can't reproduce your situation, we need to narrow down the problem and try some things.

1.Since this Web part relies on Office Online Server, please make sure you can open the Excel file normally in your browser. This is to check that the OOS and Excel files are okay.

2.Re-add the Microsoft Excel Online Web Part to check if the problem exists.

3.Are other users facing the same problem? View through another computer or account.

4.Whether all SharePoint pages have the same problem? You could create a new page to check.

5.Check if the same issue occurs with other SharePoint site collections.

6.You could try to clear browser cache then restart it.

7.Try to use a different browser or your browser's InPrivate mode to see if the same error occurs.

If the problem still exists after the above troubleshooting, there are many reasons why this web part could be the problem. So, I need to know exactly what went wrong via USL reports. Please kindly follow the steps below to locate the error message in the ULS report let us work further.

    1.Download ULS Viewer.

2.Open ULS Viewer and You will see the following screen.

3.This green button will log your SharePoint 2016 ULS reports in real time.

4.Please click this button and use the default log storage location.

5.Down below you can see the real-time logs now.

6.This is the pause button. If you want to restart the logging, just click the green button again. Now you have mastered the basic application of this log viewer. Next let's find the log that went wrong.

    User's image

7.Exit the page where your web part went wrong, then start logging, and re-enter the page until the web part says, "something went wrong". After a second or two, press pause to stop logging.

8.CorrelationID appears on the page where the problem occurred, like this:

    User's image

9.Copy this ID. In ULS Logs, Search->Find->enter this ID and select all fields.

    User's image

10.View all information related to this ID. And share the related error messages which will help me to analyze the problem better. Please note that if there is any private information about you, please code it.
