Hi

I am having the impression that

Microsoft Azure - New support request

expects the issue to be related with a Tenant, Subscription, Support Plan, etc.

What if the issue is uncorrelated?

When hitting the Cloud Shell button in a web browser, I get the error message

The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.

The third party https://downdetector.com/status/windows-azure/

Seems to confirm that issues are possible and currently likely in my region.

The official page does not know anything about an issue

https://azure.status.microsoft/en-us/status

There is also no button create ticket around.

Are we able to report issues to Azure?

By tomorrow it is probably working again.

    Hi matjung:

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

It has been a couple of days since you reported, are you still facing the same issue? Yes there are chances that it might be a transient issue. I tried but I did not face any issues everything works fine for me.

There is also no button create ticket around.

At the top right there would help and support button which you can use to create tickets.

Please 'Upvote'(Thumbs-up) and 'Accept' as answer if the reply was helpful. This will be benefitting other community members who face the same issue.
