Azure VPN latency every 8-12 seconds

Ping latency issue connecting across Azure VPN. This is a wired connection. We have verify ISP connection is solid when connecting to outside of the VPN.

    After the problem disappeared the technician responded, he had "tried to synchronize" the VPN. I dont know what this means, but it helps.

    @Kevin Launey the technician also advised to change to a higher SKU, but we cant simple switch without creating it from scratch. He also mentioned that the basis SKU is EOL and will be retired in the future.
