I reset my iPhone & Microsoft Authenticator is deleted

Hello, I reset my iPhone. Everything on the device was deleted. I installed the Microsoft Authenticator application, but the accounts synced with it were not recovered. Now I cannot access my Twitter or Instagram account. I am in big trouble. How can I recover all of that?

Check if you backed up the Authenticator app:

Unfortunately, I did not activate backup, you should have enabled it by default.

I don't have a backup does this mean all my accounts are gone
