    Hello,

    Try the steps below:

    • In Microsoft Purview page, Scroll down to Insider Risk Management, and click View under the Insider Risk Management solution.
    • Click Show in Navigation and then Open Solution to confirm you have access.
    • On the Insider Risk Management page, click Policies under the Configuration section.
    • You will see a list of all the insider risk policies that you have created or modified in your tenant. You can also view the details of each policy by clicking on it.
    • To export the report of insider threat policies and configurations, click Export on the top right corner of the page. You can choose to export the report as a CSV or PDF file. The report will include information such as policy name, description, status, risk indicators, conditions, actions, and last modified date.
