Good Afternoon

I have a word document where I need 50 of each United State flag. I want to make the process quicker by copying a set of 50, and then replacing them all at once. Is there any way to do this? Thank you!

    Hi @Kyden Graston,

I'm afraid there is no direct way to replace images in batches. I think the only way to do this is to right-click on each picture and choose Size and Position. Click on the Text Wrapping tab and make each one In front of text (or Behind text, that works too).

    User's image

Now select by holding down the Shift key and clicking on each one, then click Change Picture in the ribbon.

We might be able to give you a better answer if you told us what problem you're trying to solve.

    One possible solution is to:

    1. Create a table with 50 cells.
    2. Place a flag image in the top left cell.
    3. Select the image, then choose Insert>Bookmark and create a bookmark called Picture.
    4. In every other cell of the table, choose Insert>Field. Add a Ref field that uses the Picture bookmark.
    5. Save the file.

    To update the images:

    1. Right-click on the image in the top-left cell and choose Change Picture.
    2. Place a new flag image.
    3. Choose File>Print to preview the page. This action updates the fields in all the cells to the new flag image. You don't actually have to print the page, just previewing it is enough.
