I need some help with the best practice in configuring Teams meeting room using the Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro license using the Logitech Smartdock https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/b/logitech-smartdock

Due to a change in Microsoft's licensing and account requirements for Logitech Smartdock Teams meetings, my meeting rooms are misconfigured.

I am using the Hybrid Active Directory OnPremise and Entra ID using Azure AD Connect, and also Exchange Hybrid with Exchange 2016.

Here are the settings:

    Hi @EnterpriseArchitect

Setting up Microsoft Teams Rooms with the Smartdock using Teams Rooms Pro license involves several steps. Here are some best practices:

Site readiness: Confirm that your deployment locations meet the deployment dependencies. Work with your networking, facilities, and AV teams to ensure each site and space is ready in terms of power, networking, and display. Consult with your vendor and leverage the experience of your AV team when installing and mounting screens and running cabling.

Service readiness: Define Microsoft Teams Rooms resource accounts. If joining Teams Rooms to Azure Active Directory, prepare an Azure AD group with dynamic membership to hold all of the Teams Rooms resource accounts.

Configuration and Deployment: This involves creating Microsoft Teams or Skype for Business and Exchange accounts and assigning them to Teams Rooms. Set up Teams Rooms Pro Management for your systems.

Setting up Teams Rooms in meeting spaces: Connect the peripheral devices you need.

Please refer to this document for details on the above steps. For detailed guidance in additional configuration options, check out this documentation.
