Good morning

Our company is thinking of move to the Lake and Fabric. A month ago I created a subscription on Azure and played a little. Another project took me away from testing Azure services. We are tasked now to investigate the probability of moving in that direction.

However, I cannot reinstate the subscription even if I have Owner permissions. I thought it was a 12 month test trail. The help section just wants to upgrade.

Any help is appreciated.

Regards

Marlie Hagen

Hello @Marlie Hagen Thank you for reaching out to us on Microsoft Q&A platform for assistance regarding your Azure free trial account.

It is great to know that you explored Azure using Azure free trial account. But facing issues to reinstate your Azure subscription.

FYI: Azure free trial account is only valid for 30 days. With free trial account you get $200. The free trial account gets expired after 30 days or if you exhaust $200 (Whichever is applicable).User's image

It is possible that the trial period has ended, and the subscription has been automatically cancelled. In this case, you may need to upgrade to a paid subscription to continue using Azure services.

To check the status of your subscription, you can go to the Azure portal and navigate to the Subscriptions page. Here, you can see the status of your subscription and any actions that may be required to reactivate it.

If you are still unable to reinstate your subscription or need further assistance, you can create a support request from the Azure portal. The support team can help you troubleshoot the issue and provide guidance on how to reactivate your subscription.

FYI: Azure Billing and Subscription Management support is included in the Basic Support Plan without any charge.
