WDS in a non DHCP scenario

I have to reinstall the windows OS for almost 1000 systems and I dont have a DHCP server in my company. How can I reinstall my OS using WDS.
If WDS not support non DHCP senario, Is there any other option available to do this.

    Hi,
    You can use WDS in a non-DHCP environment, but the solution doesn't scale since you must create unique CD media for each installation you intend to support—each with its own unique IP address. It's probably more advisable to use DVD media for installation.
