How to configure Generic Service for 2 different services from 2 different Server

Question

I have issue in setup Failover cluster in my client, they set 1 Failover Cluster server to monitor 4 different Server

let say the servers is like below:
Server A1 = it has A service
Server A2 = it has A service (same service like in server A1)
Server P1 = it has P service
Server P2 = it has P service (same service like in server P1)

Failover Server : "current host server" is set in Server A2

when configuring the Role to add Generic Service:
Server A1 and Server A2 is done, but when adding service for Server P1 and P, I cannot find the service in list of service (generic service window).

need your assist/explaination, why the service from P1 and P2 cannot be found in generic service? although I already chose the node P1 and P2 in the Role.
