power Bi ChicletSlicer - Upgrade

According to the information on the Microsoft portal, custom visuals chicletSlice is not compatible with PowerBI Report Server versions prior to September 2023.

Is there an issue when upgrading reports developed in the May 2022 version to the compatible version? Is there a component or functionality that has been discontinued?
