Hi,

I was looking into the few of the values like 'System Manufacturer' and 'System Product Name' inside the Registry Editor so was thinking would this be still in English ASCII or in their local language if somebody is using computer at some other place maybe in Japan or Brazil etc.,

I have found through this documentation link where it states that 'Keys will not be localized but the values may be converted into local language.

I tried to get a VM of another place and tried to check the values, but they are still in English.

So, is it guaranteed that the values that I am looking for will remain in English irrespective of region and language user has opted for?

    Yes, as the fact implies.

Also, as Structure of the Registry says,

The registry is a hierarchical database that contains data that is critical for the operation of Windows and the applications and services that run on Windows.

The registry behaves as a hierarchical database not User Interface and In Multilingual User Interface, the registry is still used Language Neutrally.
