Migrate SC-300 certificate to personal account

I found an issue with my certificate. I passed SC-300 certificate with my certificate personal account "v.mort@live.com" which is linked with my work account uladzislau.varonka@leverx-group.com.

However I made a mistake and passed SC-300 with another account "uladzislau.varonka@leverx.com" (MCID 995446393).

To resolve it I tried to link second account to my work account uladzislau.varonka@leverx-group.com, but it's impossible, can you help me to migrate this certificate FROM "uladzislau.varonka@leverx.com" TO "v.mort@live.com".
