Authentication Issues in Azure Portal whilst studying for Azure Fundamentals

Claudine Wicks 0 Reputation points

I started studying Azure fundamentals this afternoon and I was getting Authentication errors using my usual MS outlook account. I set up and verified a new Outlook account however the errors persisted on both accounts and It kicks me out. I'm unable to complete the labs in the Azure Portal and cannot move further with the training.

I've attached the information from both the errors I was receiving. Hoping someone can help, I have a time constraint with my training.

    Hi Claudine Wicks,

We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused.

When trying to complete the modules in the Azure Fundamentals course there is no need for you to use the Azure portal. All the exercises can be done in the sandbox provided. The sandbox is active for 1 hour and you have a daily limit of 20 sandboxes to use.

Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if the issue persists.

Please press the Accept Answer button if you have found this helpful.

    Thank you.
