Outlook Restarts when Trying to Print Email

When I try to print an email, outlook restarts after I click on the print button.

Does this issue occur in Outlook desktop client? If so, what's the version of your Outlook? (File > Office Account > About Outlook). Please make sure you have upgraded your Outlook to the latest version.

And does this issue occur when you try to print the specific email or all emails?

I uploaded Office 365 and downloaded the apps. I did try a different version of Outlook and was able to print emails but not all my folders transferred over.

I'm not quite sure what the difference is with outlook, therefore, I can't determine if I'm using the desktop client. I know that I'm not using the web-based version of outlook.

I just went back to the older version of outlook and can print emails. So I'm going to just stay with this for now.
