I'm having a problem, where I upload a document to Azure Open Ai GPT4 but the model very randomly returns data it wants. It seems that it can't access the full document.

I didn't manage to solve this with a prompt.

The document only has 7 pages.

I'm uploading a chemical analysis of earth which usually is a scanned and hand signed document by an authorised laboratory which they then provide as a PDF.
You could compare the chemical analysis to a blood test, there are parameters and measured values.

Simplified example:

Parameter Measured Value

pH - Value 9

There are about 7 pages and many parameters and values.

My prompt is very basic, retrieve all parameters and values for the analysis.

But the Model only decides to retrieve a few values. (The values retrieved are all correct) The desired outcome would be to get all values from all pages though. Sometimes the model decide to only retrieve values from page 1 (part1) in another session (after reset) it decides for example values from page 3 and 4.

I'm trying all of this in the playground.
