Troubleshooting AD and O365 user account details sync issue

I made changes to the manager field of a user account in AD, but the changes have not reflected in the user profile on Office 365 and the user organization tape. Can someone assist me in troubleshooting this issue? Thank you.

    Hi,

    You should start by checking the user in adconnect metaverse.

    From metaverse ,you can check if the manager field is well synced from on-promise active directory.

    Sync Service Manager

    On user properties you can check each value imported and exported from each connecter space and identify if there is a missing rule to sync manager field or not.
