Hi,

We are in the process of upgrading from 2013 to Exchange 2019. Company has plan to change Exchange Organization Name (due to org restructure ).

Is it possible to update from an existing exchange environment? If yes, Is there anything to consider or possible issues with it?

    Hi @John Oliveros

It is not recommended to change the organization name. After changing the organization name, you may not be able to mount the old database. unless you could afford completely losing it.
