Cannot sign up for Pay-As-You-Go subscription in Azure

I think I'm not the only one experiencing this. I have a legit debit card that I also use for other online purchases and for some reason I cannot use it to sign up for Pay-As-You-Go subscription in Azure.

I'm getting this error. Also looking at the network tab, I think you need to fix this sign up page.

    Request you to reach out Azure billing team by creating a billing support request for faster resolution. Billing support request through Azure portal is free for all customers and doesn't require a paid support plan. You can select 'Billing' under the header "issue type" when creating the support request.
