Cannot log into work account

I cant log into my work account because my old phone accidently reseted. When i tried to log into my work account using the new phone, it shows me Microsoft authenticator app. But, i cant access authenticator app from my old phone, because there's no data. I'm sure i've been back up my device id credential but unfortunately, it shows no back up when i tried to restore.

    Sounds like you'll need the work admins to reset the account so a new QR code can be generated with which you can relink the authentication device to your account.
