New Notepad version 11.2307.27.0 doesn't have auto save option

Hi, I'm running Windows 11, most recent updates installed 22H2 build 22621.2361

The new Notepad has no section for "When Notepad Starts" in the options on my desktop machine. It just shows the original four options (Theme, font, Opening Files, and Word Wrap).

The version is identical to what is on my notebook. Same version, same exe files..etc

I've removed it and reinstalled it via the Store. Checked system files with SFC and DISM.

I can't find a reason for the difference unless the feature is still being rolled out and only certain machines will show it. I tried searching for that and just see old posts about when it went into testing a couple of months ago.

Maybe a registry entry needs to be added or modified?
