Problem encountered with WaterGEMS for ArcMap following the September or October 2023 Windows 10 Update

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have encountered with WaterGEMS for ArcMap following the September or October 2023 Windows 10 Update.

Since the update, I have been unable to create a WaterGEMS model. Whether I am working on a new file or with an existing model, the connected edition of WaterGEMS for ArcMap consistently displays an error message. The message reads as follows: "C:\Users\Eng Faaique\Desktop\New folder (2)\Untitled.wtg," presented in a pop-up window titled "WaterGEMS CONNECT Edition Update 2 Problem."

Given that WaterGEMS for ArcMap is an essential tool for my work, I am reaching out to kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue. As you are responsible for Windows update activities, I believe your insights and guidance could help me overcome this challenge.

Hello Have we tried to uninstall the update then check the issue again? Open the program control panel, navigate to "View installed updates", right click the installed update and uinstall it. Reboot the machine then check the issue again.
