How to apply to access Document Intelligence container?

Hi, I would like to ask how to apply the Document Intelligence with Docker container through application form? When come to question no21, I cannot find any options that related to Document Intelligence Docker container. If I select "Translator" option, the question no22, will be asking to fill up about User Scenario - Translator.

Kindly advise on this issue. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out to us, I think the docker now is General Available so you can use it directly without any access application now- https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/ai-services/document-intelligence/containers/install-run?view=doc-intel-3.1.0&tabs=read
