The file content is empty after the excel flash back

Question

When I was editing an excel table, excel suddenly all closed, there were 4 excel tables in the background were open, after restarting, one of the excel table contents was displayed as empty, and there were 1.7m size, but only dates and numbers could be seen inside, and all text was displayed as empty
