Create Azure Active Directory Issue

I receive following message while creating an azure active directory
Tenant creation failed. Too many requests. Please try again later.

    Kindly try to capture a browser trace for troubleshooting while reproducing the issue and let me know once done.

    If you are trying to create another directory/tenant from existing trial tenant, then this may not work. As due to reported security concern multiple directory creation on trail/test tenant has been stopped.

    As a workaround you may purchase an Entra ID license and try multiple tenant creation. We will have a detailed documentation published soon.
