Hi, can anyone help me with Teams incoming webhook?

  1. I had one added a week ago and it worked for a while, but now, it stopped working with the response "Webhook message delivery failed with error: Microsoft Teams endpoint returned HTTP error 403 with ContextId tcid=0,server=msgapi-production-neu-azsc5-1-147,cv=iBe+4TNJo0uLttbgEB+VeQ.001=2.."
  2. When I'm trying to create a new webhook for the Teams channel, I receive a "Something went wrong" message with the next data:
RequestId: 4413a5f7-91ec-9969-f032-78f92be11564
Server: GV1PR08MB8083
Date: 10/10/2023 10:04:47 AM

How can I fix the issue?

    Hi @Aleksandr Afanasev

Thanks for visiting our forum. Microsoft Teams tag is mainly focused on the general issue of Microsoft Teams application troubleshooting. Based on your description, this problem is related to Teams development, which we are not very familiar. The following is for informational purposes only:

Based on our research, here are a few possible solutions that you can try:

    • Retry the configuration: Sometimes, the error may be temporary or caused by a momentary glitch.
    • Check webhook URL and settings: Ensure that the webhook URL you are using is correct and hasn't expired or been revoked. Double-check any settings or parameters required for the webhook configuration to ensure they are accurate.
    • Verify permissions: Make sure you have the necessary permissions to create and configure incoming webhooks in Teams. Check your access level.
    • Clear cache and cookies: Clearing your browser cache and cookies can sometimes resolve unexpected errors. Try clearing your cache and cookies, then attempt the webhook configuration again.
    • Try a different browser or device: Occasionally, issues can be specific to the browser or device you are using. Try using a different browser or device to see if the problem persists.
