Error 503 when using the Planner service Microsoft Graph API

We are encountering an error with the Planner Microsoft Graph API when calling the following endpoints:

GET - https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/planner/plans/{plan-id}/buckets

Below is the sample response for GET endpoint -

We have noticed significant increase of this error today for multiple tenants. Can someone offer some guidance on how to resolve this issue?

    This looks like a backend issue, and as such there's nothing you can do. Well apart from opening a support case and reporting this.
