Remote Desktop for MAC and copy file from Windows RDP to MAC problem

Hello. I have a problem with Remote Desktop client for MAC OS. When I'm connected using RDP to Windows Server (any version server OS) and want to copy for example TXT file from Remote Desktop to my MAC, file is copied to MAC, has original size in KB or MB but file is empty. I have tested copy method by Right Click and Copy, by CTRL+C but result is same. File with size but empty. No content, no data, no text in file.

Please correct it or gimme explanation how to configure app or how to copy files from Windows RDP to MAC. Thanks in Advance.

Hi,

Are you able to copy files from your Mac to the Windows Server using the Remote Desktop client without any issues, or does this problem only occur when copying files from the Windows Server to your Mac?

Hi, thanks for comment. Yes, copy of TXT file from MAC to Windows remote desktop using CMD+C and CTRL+V works. File has text content. Copied using shortcuts from Finder.

Would there be any specific policies or restrictions in place on the Windows Server that could affect file transfers to macOS ?
