How do know if my account is linked with another account?

Question

I work at a office. I had a brand new computer and desktop and I have only signed in my live account and our company office Gmail account. I noticed today that my live account has 129 passwords saved from a person that use to work at the office. She never used my system. So i am concern and wondering if somehow my account is linked up to hers, and I did not even know it. If i can see all of her personal information, I am concern she can also see mine. This should not be happening in the first place and i did not know this was even possible. Can i please get some kind of advice or possible explanation.

If you are concerned about your privacy, there are a few things you can do:

• Reset your account passwords as soon as possible
• Enable two-factor authentication. This will add an extra layer of security to your account, in case someone else has got hold of your password
• Check the settings of both your accounts to see if any other accounts are linked to it. If you see any accounts that you don't recognize, remove them
• And finally, see that a anti-virus software is installed and updated
