How to recover Tenant access when admin account is blocked by cross-tenant access policy?

I have a Tenant I created that has my personal email (@live.com) set up as the admin. This morning I was working with some settings to attempt to emulate a work issue with a B2C tenant I created as a sandbox test. The problem is I blocked all cross-tenant access by default and now I can't access my tenant because my admin login is cross-tenant and blocked access by the new policy.
I have no idea where to go or who to contact to try and get this change reverted.
