Email address that is associated to learning account does not have the certifications

Question

I have an issue seeing the Skills points on Microsoft Partner portal. I created a ticket with them and they advised that email address associated to learning account does not have certification. Although I have linked both personal and company emails but still that doesn't help at all. Kindly advise how I can change the connected certification profile?
