Azure OpenAI status does not change from creating and can not be deleted or used

I am trying to use Azure Open AI. However, after creating a resource, it does not change from Creating, and I cannot delete or use the resource in any way.

When I try to delete a resource, I get a message saying that the resource could not be deleted.

Sorry for the late reply. After about half a day passed, the status changed to failed, and I was able to delete it, which solved the problem.
