I would need to configure alerts to notify me of high consumption and other types of possible errors.

Once again I ask you a question regarding the issue of alerts for high % CPU of a SQL database
Within the alert configuration, in the "condition" option, how can I configure it to activate the alert not when it barely reaches the indicated %, but when it remains at that percentage for a few minutes? . Since many times the databases when they receive the "query" reach that % of CPU indicated, but it immediately drops, in those cases, I would not like to activate the alert, but rather activate it when it remains at that % for a period of time. time.

Here you will find a good tutorial on how to create an alert when high CPU usage is reported on an Azure SQL Database. On the Action Groups section, you can see you can choose as Action Type the email option. Using the portal is the easiest way to do it for one database.
