How to set the title of an Outlook Add-in dialog? Why are different titles are being shown on different systems when a dialog is opened from on Office Add-in?

When opening a dialog from an Outlook Add-in, different systems show different titles on the dialog. Some show the HTML page title, while others display "Office JS Add-ins" and the server name. This is a recent issue observed on Outlook for MacOS. As an Add-in developer, is there a way to control the name of the dialog, and if so, how can it be done? Attached are screenshots for better understanding.
